We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager with specialized knowledge in YouTube advertising, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Marketing, communication and social media qualifications in the related fields will be advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on YouTube advertising, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Proven track record of managing successful social media advertising campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Proficient in remote working, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, particularly in the context of social media content.
Desirable:
Certification in social media advertising or digital marketing.
Experience in social media marketing.

Commission:
There is a basic rate salary to cover minor administrative support roles but the bulk of the salary is made up of an easily measurable commission rate with very high rewards for good performance.
Marketing roles include but are not limited to
Marketing on all designated social medial platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram
Development of landing pages and scripts to facilitate the marketing
Liaising with and Overseeing personnel with video development for social media promotion, link building and relevant areas as indicated from time to time.
Additional Marketing functions as indicated from time to time
Familiarize yourself with the various platforms to use, and the latest trends and development in the market, implementing it as such.
The marketing position is performance-based and will be subject to review.
Consecutive poor performance over a 3 month period may lead to termination of the position
The Marketing Manager will be subject to a three-month probation period.
The resignation of the Marketing Manager will be subject to a maximum of three-month handover period in which the replacement Marketing Manager will be trained by the current Marketing Manager. The handover period may be amended by the company directors. Work hours and remuneration will be amended on agreement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets and campaigns, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources and return on investment (ROI).
Create engaging content tailored for each social media platform, targeting specific audience segments and adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and impactful ad creatives, including video, graphics, and copy.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, generating reports and insights to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, applying new knowledge to optimize and expand our social media presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Provide training and guidance to the marketing team on social media best practices and platform-specific features.
