Who is the Expert for?

The Expert is for those who are seeking advice from the best in their jobs out there. Whether you’re looking for an expert’s eye to help you conceptualize your space from scratch or seeking a second opinion to help guide your own efforts, our Experts are here to support you and get you over the hurdles that you face.

How do I choose an Expert for myself?

Experts are handpicked to show a wide range of qualifications and experience. There is someone on the system that suits every need and can assist with any help required.  We recommend browsing through the various Expert profiles on https:gvw.expert  to see whose portfolio, rates, and offering is the best fit for your needs. Alternatively, if you would like our help identifying an Expert who might be a fit for your style, requirements or budget, please email us admin@gvw.expert.

What if I am not happy with the service I received?

We can guarantee that your Expert has the experience required to be able to advise you, however neither The Expert as a platform nor our Experts as individuals can guarantee that you will be satisfied with all the advice you receive, nor take responsibility for the results of any decisions you make following this advice.

What is your refund policy?

We trust and hope that you will love your consultation, but sometimes things go wrong and we will do our best to fix it for you. We are unfortunately unable to issue an immediate refund if you are dissatisfied with your Expert’s advice or the results of any decisions you make based on the content of your consultation. You can log a complaint and that will be dealt with in 14 days.  We can, however, offer a full refund if your Expert doesn’t show up to your consultation. Please refer to T&C’s on website.

What if an Expert cancels on me?

Due to the fact that all of our Experts have busy, full-time jobs outside of the Expert Platform, there may be something urgent that comes up in your Expert’s day and they will unfortunately have to cancel. You will not be charged for a consultation that gets cancelled by an Expert. We sincerely apologize if this happens to you, and recommend either rebooking a different availability with your Expert or choosing a different Expert to book a consultation with. We greatly value all of our client’s time, so if this happens to you then please feel free to let us know

Will I be able to ask follow up questions after the session?

We encourage you to gather a list of questions and topics you wish to cover prior to your consultation so that you can maximize your time and get all the answers you need. Your Expert’s contact info will not be shared before, during or after the consultation, so if you have any follow up questions or run out of time, we encourage you to book another consultation!

Can I book multiple consultations with the same Expert?

Of course! Assuming that they have an availability for you to book, your Expert will be delighted to help you as much as you need. Especially in learning to play an instrument.

Can I register as an Expert myself?

Yes, of course! If you have skills that can help businesses and individuals as it is needed, you are an Expert. Any person with sought after expertise can become one of our Experts. Register now and work independently as an Expert

Am I charged immediately when I make a booking for an Expert?

When booking, you will be asked to put in your payment info. If you book in advance of your consultation date, you will be charged immediately upon booking. This money will be kept safely with GVW until your session with the Expert has taken place and you are satisfied with the session.
